Welcome to our new home!

After several years in which I thought I was Rawvana, it’s become clear that it’s not that simple! The truth is that we’re all Rawvana; it’s the community we’re part of, and far bigger than any one person. Welcome to the Rawvana family!

I am so excited for you to be here and for us to experience this new space together! Some of the things you can expect from me are weekly pieces of high-quality, helpful content you can easily apply to your daily life. I will be publishing new blogs every Tuesday morning at 7:30 am Pacific Time, each one accompanied by a new video on my YouTube channel!

We will be growing and learning in love as a family, in place of positivity and encouragement. GOOD VIBES ONLY! 😀

The Rawvana family represents 10 principles which are inspired by YOU!

1. Practice daily gratitude. This is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle for the body, mind and spirit.
2. Eat an abundance of fruits and veggies. I will be sharing many yummy, easy and nutritious plant-based recipes with you.
3. Be active daily. This can be anything from being active throughout the day to going to the gym or starting the day with a run.
4. Be mindful of your thoughts. Thoughts become actions, so feed your mind with positivity and self love.
5. Enjoy nature and the outdoors. Connect to our natural habitat, breathe fresh air, decompress and get renewed.
6. Use natural beauty products. Your skin is your largest organ and absorbs everything you put on it. Use cruelty-free, nourishing and ethically sourced products.
7. Act with compassion towards all living beings. The Rawvana lifestyle is all about loving and respecting the lives of all living beings. ❤️
8. Practice love and generosity to self and others. Give back to the world in any way you can, offer a hand to others in need, spread the love and see the loving essence in everyone you encounter.
9. Connect with your body, and spirit. Having harmony within us creates deep peace.
10. Live life and love your body! Live life to the fullest, appreciating, accepting and loving yourself in the present moment.

The five categories of content you can expect to see will be:

1. Spirituality (self empowerment, growth and love)
2. Vegan diet (recipes, tips and education)
3. Fitness (weight, cardio and yoga routines)
4. Natural beauty tips (DIY homemade products, natural beauty product reviews, skin care routines and cruelty-free makeup tutorials)
5. Lifestyle (travels, routines, fashion and my day-to-day adventures)
