Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

This Strawberry Smoothie bowl is a delicious, fresh, sweet and perfect breakfast made with only a few ingredients. The best part? Tastes like dessert and it only takes 5 minutes to make. You can add whichever toppings your heart desires, I topped it off with berries because of their high antioxidant content and chia seeds because they’re a healthy fat. Ready? Let’s Do This!

Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed frozen strawberries
1/2 Avocado
2 tbsp of coconut milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp stevia
1/4 Cup water
Toppings:
Shredded Coconut
Blueberries
Chia Seeds
Strawberries

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Serve, add toppings (to your preference) and enjoy!
